Rental or acquisition
Tecnópole has 255,000 m2 of land divided in plots for business use where, mainly, companies and technological or research centres are based in.
The free plots are available for sale or under a rental purchase agreement, following an open call for tenders procedure. The procedure opens every time there is at least a solid sign of interest.
The rental or purchase agreement entitles to freely use any room within the CEI Building twice a month and the conference hall once a year. Besides, it ensures other important benefits for your other bookings.
